National Guard/Reserve Members and Families

You and your family members may be eligible for TRICARE.

Verify Your Eligibility

To verify your eligibility, log into the DMDC or Beneficiary Web Enrollment.

To log in, you need a:

• Common Access Card (CAC),
• DFAS (MyPay) Account, or
• DoD Self-Service Logon (DS Logon)

Individual Ready Reserve members can purchase the TRICARE Dental Program, but usually don't qualify for any other TRICARE benefits unless:

• On active duty orders or
• Recently deactivated.

TRICARE benefits and health plan options are based on the sponsor's military status which can change multiple times throughout his or her career.

• Line of Duty Care
• When Inactive (on military duty for 30 days or less)
• When Activated (on military duty for more than 30 days)
• When Deactivated
• When Retired
