Humana Military is the current TRICARE East Region contractor.

When the new TRICARE contract begins on Jan. 1, 2025, Humana Military will still be the East Region contractor.

What’s Changing?

Six states are moving to the West Region:

• Arkansas
• Illinois
• Louisiana
• Oklahoma
• Texas
• Wisconsin
