Initial Premium Payment

You can pay the first two-month premium payment with a:

  • Personal check
  • Cashier's check
  • Money order (made payable to your regional contractor or US Family Health Plan provider)
  • Credit or debit card

Ongoing Premium Payments

After the first payment, you'll pay your premiums electronically in advance by:

  • Checking or savings account funds transfer
  • Automatic credit or debit card charge

Were You Involuntarily Disenrolled?
If you would like to request reconsideration of involuntary disenrollment, late initial enrollment, or late change to coverage, contact your TRICARE contractor.
