Our experienced clinicians take time to learn about your needs. They give you one-on-one support and help you set health goals that matter to you. They can also connect you with TRICARE and community resources to support your overall well-being.

You can also refer yourself by calling 800-881-9227.
If you chose electronic communication, TRICARE East will send letters and education materials through your Beneficiary self-service account.
