By going to milConnect and clicking on the “Manage Health Benefits” button, you can enroll in:
- TRICARE Prime (if you live in a Prime Service Area)
- TRICARE Prime Overseas
- TRICARE Prime Remote
- TRICARE Prime Remote Overseas
- TRICARE Select
- TRICARE Select Overseas
- US Family Health Plan
- TRICARE Retired Reserve
- TRICARE Reserve Select
- TRICARE Young Adult
- TRICARE Dental Program
To Enroll Online
- Go to the milConnect website and click the “Manage Health Benefits” button under the “I want to” section.
Other Site Features
- Update your information in DEERS.
- Choose or change your primary care manager—you can even choose the same PCM for all family members at the same time.
- View current enrollment status.
- Request enrollment cards.
- Transfer coverage.
- Disenroll from TRICARE Prime, TRICARE Prime Remote or TRICARE Select.
- Report other health insuranceHealth insurance you have in addition to TRICARE, such as Medicare or an employer-sponsored health insurance. TRICARE supplements don’t qualify as "other health insurance." information.
Some of these features may be limited in some locations.
Important Enrollment Information
From Oct. 28 to Dec. 31, you can only use milConnect if you aren’t currently enrolled in a TRICARE health plan. To change your health plan during this time, please contact your TRICARE regional contractor.
If you’re an overseas beneficiary, these restrictions don’t apply. You can use milConnect for a new enrollment or enrollment change without contacting your regional contractor during this time.
