TRICARE Open Season 2025 

TRICARE Open Season runs Nov. 10 through Dec. 9. No action is needed if you’re happy with your current plan. If you’re enrolled in TRICARE Prime or TRICARE Select and need to make changes, learn more below. 

Enrollment changes made during TRICARE Open Season will go into effect on Jan. 1, 2026.

I’m happy with my current plan

No action is needed!
If you’re happy in your current plan, you’ll stay enrolled as long as you remain eligible and pay any applicable fees.

I want to enroll or change my plan

Enroll online!
If you’re enrolling or you want to change your TRICARE health plan, you can take action online using milConnect.* You can choose between TRICARE Prime† and TRICARE Select.

Give us a call at 800-444-5445 or enroll by mail.

We recommend using milConnect for the easiest and fastest way to make enrollment changes. We expect high call volumes during this time, so please avoid calling us on the first and last days of open season.

The enrollment form must be received by the last day of open season. 

*You need a CAC, DFAS (MyPay) account, or myAuth account to log in to milConnect.
