• If using TRICARE For Life, send your claim to the TRICARE For Life contractor.
• For all other plans, send your claims to the claims address for the region where you live.

For care received in all other overseas areas:

• Send your claims to the claims address for where the care was received.
• You can also file your claims online.

For care received through the Continued Health Care Benefit Program:

• Send your claims to the CHCBP claims processor.
