Update Other Health Insurance Information

Other health insurance is health insurance you have in addition to TRICARE. Some examples are Medicare or health insurance you have through an employer.

It’s important to keep your records updated. It helps claims process correctly.

Report on your other health insurance on or after Jan. 1, 2025, in one of these ways:

• Log in to the West Region beneficiary portal and select “Other Health Insurance” under Claims (Coming soon!).
• Log in to the West Region mobile app to update your OHI (Coming soon!).
• Fill out the OHI questionnaire in the Forms section.
