What is OHI?

OHI is when you have health insurance on top of your TRICARE coverage. This can come from your job or a private insurance plan.

What Should I Keep in Mind?

Provide as much information as you can about your OHI. This helps us process your claims correctly and quickly. Fill out the OHI questionnaire and email it to TRICAREOHIUpdate@HumanaMilitary.com; or fax it to 877-489-0038.
