However, the Chiropractic Health Care Program is available to active duty service members, including activatedCalled or ordered to active duty service for more than 30 days in a row. National Guard and Reserve members, at designated military hospitals and clinics.

Family members, retirees and their family members, unremarried former spouses, and survivors aren’t eligible for this program. They may be referred to non-chiropractic health care services in the Military Health System (such as physical therapy or orthopedics), or they may seek chiropractic care in the local community at their own expense.
