Blood Pressure Monitoring Devices
TRICARE may cover automatic blood pressure monitors as durable medical equipment (DME) when prescribed for a beneficiary who’s also receiving covered remote physiologic monitoring services.
Coverage of automatic blood pressure monitors is effective June 29, 2023. All DME coverage, reimbursement, and cost-sharing requirements apply.
TRICARE doesn’t cover manual blood pressure monitors.
