• Closed for training every Thursday after 11:30 a.m.

Pharmacy Information: We offer the following services:

• New prescriptions that are in our formulary written by providers outside Rodriguez Army Health Clinic.
• Electronic prescriptions (eRx) submitted by providers outside RAHC. Providers choose DOD Ft Buchanan ePHCY to send an eRX.
• Prescription transfer requests under TRICARE coverage (please allow up to 72 hours having these completed).
• Prescription refills can be obtained by using the Audio Care Phone-in Refill Service, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Phone: 787-707-2052 selects option #1.
• Audio Care Call in Phone-in Refill Service is mandatory.
• Refills will be ready for pick-up in 72 hours business day, if called before 12 p.m. (midnight).
• Refill pick-up since 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursday from 8 to 11 a.m.
• Patients may ask for our pharmacy formulary for more information.
• For any questions about the pharmacy services you can call 787-707-2052 and select option 3 to speak to the pharmacy personnel.
• Mail Order Pharmacy for new prescriptions through Phoenix, Arizona to your home: MAIL ORDER REGISTRATION FORM
