Cancer of Female Reproductive Organs (Screening)
To screen for cancer of female reproductive organs, TRICARE covers the following:
Physical Examination
Pelvic examination should be performed in conjunction with a Pap test for cervical neoplasms and premalignant lesions.
Pap Tests
TRICARE covers Pap tests for women 21 years of age and older. The frequency of Pap tests may be at the discretion of the patient and provider, but not less frequently than every three years.
Human Papillomavirus Deoxyribonucleic Acid Testing
HPV DNA testing is covered as a cervical cancer screening only when performed in conjunction with a Pap test, and only for women aged 30 and older.

There are special rules or limits on certain services, and some services are excluded.
