You can update your payment options and view billing details in just a few small steps.

Log in to the Secure Portal or Mobile App

The West Region beneficiary portal allows you to manage your payment options securely. You can do it on your desktop computer/laptop or through a mobile app.

• Log in or sign up as new user to the portal.

Sign up for Allotments

If you are a retired sponsor under the age of 65 you can sign up to have your TRICARE Prime enrollment premium payments deducted from your military retirement pay.

Sign Up for Automatic Monthly Payments

Set up automatic, electronic funds transfer or recurring credit card payments. You have two options.

• Option 1: Set up automatic payments securely online. You’ll need your primary email address on file with DEERS to sign up as a new user. Sign up for monthly, quarterly, or annual payments.
• Option 2: Download the Automatic Monthly TRICARE Payment Set Up Request form. Complete the form and mail it to the address on page 2.

Make a One-Time Payment

You also have the option to make a one-time enrollment premium payment online. You can do this by electronic funds transfer or credit card.
