  • Closed all federal holidays, certain approved 6 ARW family days, every Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. for weekly training days, and the fifth Wednesday of applicable months for full day readiness trainings.

  • Main Clinic Pharmacy: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Pharmacare: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Drive-thru Refill Center: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Sabal Park Clinic Pharmacy: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Closed weekends, all federal holidays, certain approved 6 ARW family days, and every Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. for weekly training day.
  • Only the Drive-thru Refill Center is open on the fifth Wednesday all-day training days for patient care.

Pharmacy Information:

  • For refills, call 813-828-5367 or 800-272-0201, available 24/7. (Order all refills at least 10 days before the prescription runs out.) Turnaround time for refill requests are three duty days.
  • For new activations from a 6th Medical Group or Sabal Park Clinic provider, please report in-person to the respective clinic pharmacies to activate the new medication orders for same-day pick-up.
  • For new activations from an off-base provider, please utilize either the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal or the DosePharm mobile application, available on both Android and Apple devices, to send a message to the pharmacy team. Turnaround time for off-base provider activations are two duty days.
  • Turnaround times are subject to change based on Medical Group closures due to federal holidays, all-day training days, severe weather events or any other unplanned closures. 

Drug Take Back Options: If you need to dispose of any drugs or controlled substances, you can:

  • Drop them in a secure receptacle
