How do I get a copy of my pharmacy records?
Your TRICARE Pharmacy Explanation of Benefits (EOB) shows prescription drugs you filled at military and retail pharmacies, and via mail order. You may get copies of your EOBs by:
- Logging in to your Express Scripts account. You can pull the most recent 27 months of EOB history; or
- Calling Express Scripts.
Note: VA pharmacy claims aren’t a part of your TRICARE record.
