Can I use TRICARE Home Delivery if I have other health insurance?
It depends. If your other health insuranceHealth insurance you have in addition to TRICARE, such as Medicare or an employer-sponsored health insurance. TRICARE supplements don’t qualify as "other health insurance." (OHI):
- Has prescription drug coverage, you can use the TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery option only if your OHI doesn't cover the drug you need or you reached the dollar limit of your plan. You'll need to send proof to Express Scripts, such as a copy of an explanation of benefits (EOB) from your OHI.
- Doesn't have prescription drug coverage, you can use the TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery option.

Note: You can use TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery overseas if you have an APO/FPO address. You can’t use home delivery if you live in Germany, Norway, or Saudi Arabia.
