How do I get a new Uniformed Serviced ID card?

 

Visit any ID Card Office to get your first ID card or renew your card. Call first to see what documents you may need to bring.

If you're the sponsor, you may get a permanent ID card within 90 days of your 65th birthday. 

If you're an eligible spouse, you may get a permanent ID card after you turn 65.

Note: If you’re age 75 or older and have a valid ID card, you can get a permanent ID card within 90 days of your card's expiration date.
