How do I report my divorce to TRICARE?

To report your divorce:

• Visit a local ID card office with a copy of your divorce decree;
• Fax a copy of your divorce decree to 1-831-655-8317; or
• Mail a copy of your divorce decree to:

Note: Either the sponsorThe term sponsor specifically refers to the active duty, retired or deceased service member whose military status entitles their dependents (spouse, children, etc.) to receive TRICARE health benefits. or spouse can report the divorce. If you don't report your divorce in a timely manner and you continue to get care, TRICARE will recoup on all claims paid during the times you were not eligible.
