Where do I send my dental claims?

 

It depends on the TRICARE dental plan you purchased and where you live. Go to the Dental Claims page to find the right address. You have one year from the date of service to file your claim.

Note: If you enrolled in a Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP) plan, you must follow your plan’s rules for filing claims. Call your FEDVIP dental plan for information.
