Finding a West Region Virtual Provider Is Easy
The West Region offers many virtual health options for you. TRICARE covers:
- Office visits
- Preventive health screenings
- Virtual mental health services
- Services for end-stage renal disease
- Access to the Military Health System Nurse Advice Line by phone, web chat, and video chat
Virtual health offers access to:

To see if your current provider offers virtual health services, visit the 2025 West Region Provider Directory. Enter your location and TRICARE plan. Then select “View More Shortcuts” and “Find Telemedicine Services.”
Check First To See if a Referral or Pre-authorization Is Required
Active duty service members need a referral for virtual health visits. Family members must follow virtual health requirements and exclusions.
