What is the TRICARE Uniform Formulary?
It’s a list of TRICARE-covered generic and brand name drugs and supplies. The Department of Defense Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee created the list. The committee updates the list quarterly.

- See if your drug needs prior authorization
