I live in an assisted living facility. How do I get my medications delivered using TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery?

 

It depends on the rules of your assisted living facility. If it:

• Allows home delivery, visit the Home Delivery page for your next steps.
• Requires you to use a specific pharmacy for delivery, call the pharmacy contractor for a maintenance drug override. If the pharmacy is non-network, you have to pay full price for your medication and then file a claim for reimbursement. Visit the Non-Network Pharmacy page to learn more.

Note: TRICARE doesn’t cover the cost of pre-packaging or bubble wrap services.
