How do I start using TRICARE Home Delivery?

Follow the steps below:

1. Register by:

• Going online;
• Calling 1-877-363-1303 (TDD/TTY: 1-877-540-6261); or
• Downloading the registration form and mailing it to:

Express Scripts
P.O. Box 52150
Phoenix, AZ 85072-9954

2. Place your order.

Ask your doctor to:

• e-prescribe to "Express Scripts Home Delivery"
• Call Express Scripts at 1-877-283-3858; or
• Fax your prescription to Express Scripts at:
  • 1-877-895-1900 within the United States or
  • 602-586-3911 outside the United States and its territories

  Note: By law, your doctor can’t fax prescriptions for Schedule II controlled drugs.

If you prefer, you may mail your prescription and payment to:

Note: You may use home delivery if you live in the U.S., a U.S. Territory, or overseas. For overseas, you must use your APO/FPO address. If you live in Germany, Norway, or Saudi Arabia, you can’t use home delivery.
