What are the benefits under Transitional Assistance Management Program (TAMP)?

TAMP provides 180 days of health care benefits after your regular TRICARE benefits end. You may enroll in one of the health plans below:

• TRICARE Prime (if available where you live)
• TRICARE Select
• US Family Health Plan (if available where you live)
• TRICARE Prime Overseas
• TRICARE Select Overseas

Depending on the plan you enroll in, you may also have access to care in military hospitals and clinics.
