How do I change my contact information with TRICARE?

 

You must update your DEERS record: 

• Online via milConnect   
• By phone: 1-800-538-9552 (TTY/TDD: 1-866-363-2883)
• By fax: 1-831-655-8317
• By mail:

You must also notify:

• Your TRICARE regional contractor
• The pharmacy contractor
• Your dental contractor (if you have dental coverage)
• Your doctors
