How do I check the status of my referral or authorization?

 

Sign in to your contractor’s secure online portal:

 

• East Region: Humana Military
• West Region: TriWest
  • TriWest will accept Autism Care Demonstration referrals and pre-authorizations through the date issued by HNFS

If you’re not registered for secure services, you'll have to create an account.

If enrolled overseas, call the Overseas Call Center.
