Additional security for beneficiary self-service is now available

Now, when you log in to self-service, you’ll see extra protection for your account. This extra step adds security.
If you’re already a self-service user, you’ll choose how you want to receive your security code when you log in. After logging in, you’ll choose one of these methods:       

• Authenticator app: Creates a unique verification code
• SMS/text message: Sends a code to a registered mobile telephone number
• Voice call: Calls to prompt you to enter a code or press a button
• Email: Sends a code to a registered email address

New to self-service?

Sign up for an account now! Once you do, you’ll log in again and finish setting up two-factor authentication by selecting the method you want to receive your security code.
