Humana Military offers easier ways for you to manage your health care and coverage. The two main options are a self-service tool and a mobile app. You can find answers to many of your TRICARE coverage questions 24/7! Your information and activity are safe and secure with both options.
Log in to beneficiary self-service or create an account.
Here are some of the tools that make managing your health care easier.
View your claims
You can check the status of your claims, view your explanation of benefits, and ask questions about your claims. See a tutorial on checking claim status, filing claims, and more.
Check your referral status
You can view your referrals and authorizations, check the status, view, and print your referral letters. Watch a quick video on how to access your referrals and authorizations in self-service.
Start a chat or send a secure message
When logged in to self-service, you can start a chat session with our customer service representatives or send a secure message. Our chat tool is available Monday—Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The secure messaging feature can be used all day, every day. View a short tutorial on how to use the chat and secure message features.
At beneficiary self-service, you can also:

Most of these features are on the TRICARE East mobile app, too. The TRICARE East mobile app lets you manage your benefit information on the go.
