Cost-Shares
After you meet your deductible, you'll pay a cost-share based on the type of care and type of provider you see (network vs. non-network). Your CHCBP cost-share depends on your beneficiary category before your sponsor separated:
- Active Duty Family Members (includes separated active duty service members)
- National Guard/Reserve MembersIncludes members of the:
- Army National Guard
- Army Reserve
- Navy Reserve
- Marine Corps Reserve
- Air National Guard
- Air Force Reserve
- U.S. Coast Guard Reserve
- Retired Service Members, Their Families, and Other Beneficiaries
