How do I go paperless?

Medical Explanation of Benefit (EOB) Statements

Register with your contractor and follow the steps to register for e-correspondence.   
Pharmacy EOB Statements

Register with Express Scripts and follow the steps below:

  1. Click "My Account"
  2. Click "Communication Preferences"
  3. Select preferences (email, text, mail, etc.)
 Important notices from DMDC/DEERS Support Office

Register with milConnect and follow the steps below:

  1. Click the "My Profile" menu
  2. Select "Update and View My Profile"
  3. Add your email address(es)
  4. Choose "Yes" next to each email address
  5. Click "Submit"
