How do I transfer my prescription from one TRICARE network retail pharmacy to another?

• Ask the new pharmacy to transfer your prescription from your old pharmacy;
• Take your current prescription bottle to the new pharmacy and request a transfer; or
• Ask your doctor to call or fax your prescription to your new pharmacy. 

Note: Some states won't let you transfer prescriptions between pharmacies.
