How do I transfer my prescriptions from my local retail pharmacy to TRICARE Home Delivery?

First register with Express Scripts. Once your account is active, call Express Scripts at 1-877-363-1303. They'll call your doctor to get a new prescription for home delivery. The call takes a few minutes and you’ll get your first shipment in about 14 days. 

You can also choose to transfer your prescription using the Express Scripts mobile app. Download the app today for FREE by searching “Express Scripts” in your mobile app store and sign in to get started.

Note: If you live overseas, you can use TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery as long as you have an APO/FPO address. If you live in Germany, you can’t use Home Delivery.
