How do I get my TRICARE enrollment card?

1. Login to milConnect. You must have an account to log in. 

2. Select the “Correspondence/Documentation” link from the top navigation bar. Submenu displays.

3. Select “eCorrespondence and Proof of Coverage" from the submenu. If your plan has a card, the option to print the card displays. You may view either a PDF or HTML version.

Note: Not all TRICARE plans have enrollment cards. Your TRICARE enrollment card isn’t proof of eligibility. You must present your uniformed services ID card as proof of eligibility.
