Hours: The Acute Care Clinic is open 7 days per week for acute, walk-in care that can't wait until the next duty day. Hours of operation 11am - 10pm. Patients will need to be signed in prior to 9:30pm to ensure that appropriate time is allotted for evaluation and treatment.

Public Information: Prime enrollees can use tricareonline.com to make primary care appointments or cancel any appointment. Calls made to 751-CARE during duty hours (7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) are received electronically through an automated call distribution system and will be responded to as soon as possible. Calls received after hours are also received electronically and are given a menu of seven options to choose from.

After Hours Care: The Acute Care Clinic is open 16 hours a day 7 days per week. Hours of operation: 11am - 10pm. It is a walk in clinic and sees patients according to priority of medical needs; as a result the wait can exceed 3 hours during peak times. If you are TRICARE Prime enrolled to Moncrief and need acute care while traveling, call 1-877-273-5584 to let your primary care manager (PCM) know, or call 1-800-444-5445 during non-duty hours.
