Except for Federal holidays, the Keller Appointment Center is open Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. During inclement weather, check the status of roads around West Point by calling 1-845-938-7000.

Advice Line: Call the Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-874-2273 and select Option 1 to speak with a nurse who can answer health-related questions and provide advice. If you are instructed to seek urgent care, ask for the location and phone number for the nearest network urgent care center. ALWAYS record and retain the Encounter Number (ECN); it will come in handy if the claims are denied for no referral/authorization.
After Hours Care: If you are within 40 miles of West Point, call the Keller Appointment Center or use TRICARE Online to book an appointment with your primary care manager (PCM). If you are TDY or on leave, request an out of area referral from your PCM (during normal clinic hours) and verfiy authorization by calling Health Net Federal Services (877-874-2273) before receiving urgent care from a TRICARE network provider. You can also call the Nurse Advice Line (see "Do you have a medical advice line?" above.
In Case of an Emergency: If you have an emergency, go to the nearest emergency room or call 911. To learn more, visit www.tricare.mil/emergency. If you are admitted to a civilian hospital, report the admission within 24 hours to Health Net Federal Services at 1-877-874-2273.
