Humana Military’s beneficiary self-service portal is an online tool that gives you a quick way to access your health care information. After creating an account, you can log in at any time, find information, and manage tasks.

Verify eligibility

Your benefits and plan options will vary depending on whether you’re a sponsor (active duty, retired, National Guard, or Reserve) or a family member registered in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS).

Start a chat or send a secure message

When logged in to self-service, you can start a chat session with Humana Military’s customer service representatives or send a secure message. How do I create an account to use beneficiary self-service?

Follow the steps below or download the self-service guide with instructions.

  • Go to Humana Military, click “Log in” at the upper right corner, and choose the “Beneficiaries” box to register.
  • Once on the “Log in” page, find “Register” under the “Log in” and “Continue with DS Logon” tabs. Review the privacy information on the next screen. Click “Continue” to proceed.
  • Choose a “User ID” and enter your email address, then enter and confirm your chosen password. Once you have verified everything is correct, click “Continue.”
  • Review the disclaimer page and choose “I agree” to obtain your self-service “User ID.”
  • Check the email address you’ve submitted and click “Validate” to complete the registration process.
