The TRICARE Pharmacy Program is administered by the pharmacy contractor, Express Scripts.

TRICARE has four pharmacy options.
- Some prescription drugs may not be available at every pharmacy option.
- Certain restrictions may apply when using home delivery or retail pharmacies overseas.

Your costs are based on your beneficiary category, beneficiary group, the type of drug you need, and the type of pharmacy you use.

Are you an active duty family member enrolled in TRICARE Prime Remote in the U.S.?
Starting on Feb. 28, 2026, you have no copayments for covered drugs filled through TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery and TRICARE retail network pharmacies.
