The NAL is a team of registered nurses who are available to answer urgent healthcare questions 24 hours a day. They give beneficiaries professional medical advice to help decide whether self-care is the best option, or if they need to see a healthcare provider. After Hours Care: For after hours care, call 1-719-524-2273 or 1-719-526-2273 to speak with the on-call provider. Prior authorization for Urgent Care is required. On-call providers are available for medical advice and urgent care referral authorizations after hours, and on holidays and weekends.
