Mission

Procurement, receipt, storage, preparation, and delivery or sale of safe, wholesome, and appealing foods to patients and other authorized persons.

Timely delivery of medical nutrition therapy and nutrition education to TRICARE Beneficiaries in a variety of settings (inpatient wards, outpatient clinics, military units, and community organizations).

Provision of consultant services in nutrition to other health care providers and food service operations in the community.

Outpatient Nutrition Services Provided

Our team of registered dietitians is here to help meet your nutrition and food needs! No referral needed, except for bariatric nutrition. Our services include nutrition education and counseling for weight management, performance nutrition, high cholesterol and blood pressure, diabetes, food allergies, pregnancy nutrition, and more!

Individual Appointments

Children up to 17 years old and patients with special nutritional needs should make an appointment to be seen individually by a registered dietitian.

Follow-Up Appointments

Individual follow-up appointments are scheduled by a registered dietitian or medical clerk.

Group Classes

Many patients take at least one class prior to an individual appointment, as many conditions require intensive education best taught in a group setting. Classes offered include civilian and active duty weight management, diabetes, pre-diabetes, heart healthy, gestational diabetes, and healthy pregnancy.

Active Duty Unit Nutrition Briefs

Unit briefs for your Soldiers, platoon, company; we'll come to you! Topics include performance optimization, meeting body composition goals, hydration, meal prepping, supplements, and eating on a budget. Others upon request!

Active Duty Weight Management

Weight management options for active duty Soldiers to include an introductory class in accordance with Army Regulation 600-9 and a series of structured classes that promote permanent, healthy weight loss.
