Provides a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to better determine the cause of persistent post concussive symptoms (PPCS) and provides comprehensive treatment for functional deficits associated with concussion/ traumatic brain injury (TBI).

The COVID-19 posture has forced consolidation of all in-person outpatient behavioral health care on Fort Bragg to the Womack Health and Support Center (WHSC) located next to the main hospital. Laboratory: Basic laboratory testing (CBC, CMP, Urinalysis, urine HCG) are performed from 0800-1630. All other tests are sent to the main laboratory at Womack Army Medical Center. The lab staff can be contacted (910) 907-9222 for any questions.
We perform a variety of minor procedures at Joel Clinic to include incision and drainage of abscess, skin biopsy, and insertion of Nexplanon, Insertion of Intrauterine Device, Colposcopy, and wart removal.
JHC performs the OB intake for the pregnant patients. During the screening process, if we note any complications or history of complications we will consult with Joel Clinic OB provider and refer patient to OB.
Provide substance use disorder clinical care, including assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, aftercare, for Service Members within an integrated medical and behavioral health model to enhance health and readiness.
