Womack Patient Advocacy Services:
Due to limited space in Patient Advocate Offices and for the safety of patients and staff; effective immediately--all assistance and support to patients will be provided by telephone.
Patients that present to our offices in person will have access to a contact card to complete, and our team will reach out to them by phone. All assistance requests to our offices will be replied to as soon as possible, typically within 24 hours on duty days (M-F). We are committed to assisting patients and staff with addressing and resolving concerns as soon as possible.
