After Hours Care: For EMERGENCY care, go to the nearest hospital EMERGENCY room. For NON-EMERGENCY care after normal duty hours, and on weekends and federal holiday, call (210)916-9900, Option 6, for the San Antonio Patient Assistance Line Nurse to obtain after hours acute care. The 59 Medical Wing's Urgent Care Center (UCC) is open 24 hours .
