Public Information: Appointment Lines are open Monday - Friday from 6:45 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (excluding Federal holidays). Chiropractic Care and Physical Therapy are only available to Active Duty Service Members with a referral from their PCM. Optometry is available to Dependents and Retirees on a Space Available basis. OB Care is not available at this facility but Womens Health (GYN) is available. Referrals and authorizations for care received off-base can be viewed/edited on www.HumanaMilitary.com or by calling Humana Military at 1-800-444-5445.

After Hours Care: Contact the 87th Medical Group on-call provider via the Appointment Line at 866-377-2778. If unable to reach your 87th MDG provider, call the TRICARE Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-TRICARE, Option 1 who can answer health-related questions, help you find a doctor and schedule appointments. Remember, urgent care center visits no longer require a referral for non-active duty beneficiaries.
