Mental Health Care Appointments

When your sponsor is not activatedCalled or ordered to active duty service for more than 30 days in a row., you are only eligible for mental health care benefits under certain circumstances.

• If you're sponsor is covered under the Transitional Assistance Mangement Program for 180-days after he/she leave active duty, you will also be covered. How you get care depends on which plan you are using.
• If your sponsor qualifies to purchase TRICARE Reserve Select, you can also be covered by this option.

For best results, if you're covered now by the Transitional Assistance Management Program or TRICARE Reserve Select, change your profile in the header now and select the health plan option you are using.

• You may qualify for Line of Duty Care for any injury, illness or disease that occurred or was aggravated in the line of duty (i.e. weekend drills, any period of active duty, etc.).
