Planned Weekend System Outage to Affect Some TRICARE Beneficiaries

Saturday, June 1 at 9 a.m. EDT, there will be a scheduled downtime of certain online tools that you use to access your TRICARE benefits. This includes web-based tools that you use to enroll in a plan or change your enrollment. The Department of Defense data center expects the outage to last for about 24 hours, with affected web-based tools available again later on Sunday, June 2.

During the outage, you’ll be unable to use the following web-based tools:

  • milConnect (including access to TRICARE enrollment information and correspondence)
  • Beneficiary Web Enrollment (supports self-service enrollment changes and address updates)
  • Address Update (supports address updates without enrollment changes)
  • RAPIDS Self-Service (allows sponsors to update CACs and manage family information)
  • DS Logon (affects access to TRICARE Online and the MHS GENESIS patient portal)
At the time of posting, this information is current. For the most recent information, contact your TRICARE contractor or local military hospital or clinic.
