Make Enrollment Changes Easier With Beneficiary Web Enrollment (East Region)

TRICARE Open Season is from Nov. 14 through Dec. 13. During open season, you can make changes to your TRICARE Prime or TRICARE Select plan. You can also enroll in a new plan. If you want to make enrollment changes, Humana Military expects high call volumes during this time. Did you know that the Beneficiary Web Enrollment (BWE) portal is the fastest and easiest way for you to make enrollment changes? You can also use it to change your primary care manager.

BWE gives you these great tools:

• Change and enroll in TRICARE plans
• Update information in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System(DEERS) A database of information on uniformed services members (sponsors), U.S.-sponsored foreign military, DoD and uniformed services civilians, other personnel as directed by the DoD, and their family members. You need to register in DEERS to get TRICARE. (DEERS)
• View enrollment status
• Print TRICARE wallet cards
• Report other health insuranceHealth insurance you have in addition to TRICARE, such as Medicare or an employer-sponsored health insurance. TRICARE supplements don’t qualify as "other health insurance."

To make changes in BWE, log in at milConnect and click on the “Manage health benefits” button under the “I want to” section.
