Health Net Federal Services, LLC (Health Net) is the managed care support contractor in the North Region. Health Net has more than 20 years experience serving military families; employs about 1,700 associates; and provides health care services to 4.1 million uniformed services beneficiaries – active, retired and National Guard/Reserve members – and their families.
Health Net has North Region offices in Arlington, Virginia; Beaver Creek, Ohio; and Virginia Beach, Virginia, along with satellite offices in Hampton, Virginia; Johnstown, Pennsylvania; Tacoma, Washington; and San Diego, California. Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinators
Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinators (BCACs) answer beneficiary questions, help solve health care-related problems and assist beneficiaries with getting care. BCACs are congressionally-mandated and are found at military treatment facilities, the TRICARE Regional Office and TRICARE Service Centers throughout the North Region.

Debt Collection Assistance Officers
Debt Collection Assistance Officers (DCAOs) are available at military treatment facilities to assist TRICARE beneficiaries with resolving TRICARE-related debt-collection issues. DCAOs provide priority assistance when presented documentation verifying that collection action was started or that negative information is reflected on a beneficiary’s credit report as a result of late or nonpayment for medical or dental care received through TRICARE. While DCAOs cannot provide legal advice or act as beneficiary advocates, they will take all measures necessary to ensure each case is thoroughly researched and that beneficiaries are provided with written findings and assistance in the minimum time possible.

TRICARE Regional Office (TRO)-North customer service representatives will assist with any issue that Health Net personnel, military treatment facility staff, or TRICARE Service Center representatives have not been able to resolve including complaints or other complex issues.
