The Office of Administration Safety Division train, test, and validate organizational and individual emergency preparedness, and survivability awareness; ensure organizational compliance for all areas of TMA personal and physical security, including areas affecting risk management applications; and maintain workforce and managerial awareness of antiterrorism safeguards and applications.

“On October 1, 2013, the Department of Defense established the Defense Health Agency (DHA) to manage the activities of the Military Health System. These activities include those previously managed by TRICARE Management Activity (TMA), which was disestablished on the same date.
