The Office of Administration Management Support Division manage TMA's wireless telecommunication program; manage mail distribution center and Pentagon mail runs; maintain TMA Administrative Instructions; manage TMA's teleconferencing program; maintain TMA Office of Administration Intranet; coordinate HA/TMA Quarterly Overview Briefings; maintains TMA Organizational Charts and Employee Emergency Home Locator Roster; manage operational support costs for TMA; issues OSD Welfare and Recreation Association cards, and metro cards (NCR); maintain TMA Sport and Health Club Membership; and coordinate annual HA/TMA Health Fair.
